It has been independently producing exceptional Champagne for 200 years. Sourcing from the best sites in the region they masterfully blend with the three classic Champenois grape varietals to produce some of the world’s most harmonious wines with a style of authenticity and finesse. In his book, The Champagne Guide, author Tyson Stelzer awards Billecart-Salmon his highest ranking, 10 out of 10; only three other Champagne producers were similarly rated. This will be an intimate dinner in the private wine room with Billecart- Salmon’s French-born Ambassador, Clement Calleja, sharing his passion for Champagne with us.
