High-scoring, premium sparkling wines from around the world are served helping to you linger longer over this languorous meal. Wind through large heaping platters of crab claws, cocktail shrimp, oysters on the half shell and sides of Scottish smoked salmon. Continue on to chef action stations and silver-domed dishes filled with succulent roasts, savory seafood, vegetables and fresh pastas. Indulge on tempting tropical fruits, mounds of berries, salads, wheels of artisan cheeses and charcuterie. Do not miss the Danish, croissants, muffins, and bagels served with seasonal butters. Always popular is the an omelet station, made to order with numerous fresh fillings. The pasty buffet continues the decadence with items such as Chantilly swans, chocolate decadence, lemon roulades, tiramisu, petit éclairs, sweet ricotta cannolis, amaretto cheesecake, key lime pie, hand dipped strawberries, bourbon pecan tart or apple strudel and more.
